Desktop Access Instructions

Sign in and use Immersify on the web

1. Go to immersifyeducation.com/downloads and log in using your Immersify details.

2. Once there, click on the operating system on the device is on and install.

3. Next, in this sign in screen, type in your university email address (i.e. studentname@university.edu) and your password, then click log in.

4. If your institution has single sign-on enabled, check the box that says “University/ institution sign in”, then click submit. You will be redirected to your university’s single sign-on page to authenticate.

5. Follow the sign-in prompts.

You now have access to the Desktop platform!

Desktop to Mobile

Simulations on Immersify that require interaction through augmented reality and other advanced technologies are only accessible on a Mobile device, such as a phone or tablet. From the Desktop application, when you reach a simulation that requires mobile, a screen like the one below will pop up, offering you the QR code to play the experience from the Immersify app on your compatible device.

FAQ

What happens if I already have an account in the Immersify app?

Your current account will give you access only to the features included in the published version of the app. When you sign in with your institution email, you will unlock different experiences and lessons that are exclusive for you.

I have forgotten my password: what can I do?

Fill in the email box on the Sign in page of the app, then click on “Forgotten your password?”. You should receive an email from “PlayFab” with instructions to reset your password. Please, check the Junk folder if you cannot find this email in your Inbox.
